Income Tax Return Filing

Accurate return and wealth statement filing so you become a filer and join the Active Taxpayer List.

Income Tax Return Filing

Filing your income tax return on time keeps you on FBR's Active Taxpayer List (ATL). Filers pay lower withholding tax on property, vehicles, banking and many other transactions.

We prepare and file your annual return and wealth statement for salaried individuals, business owners, freelancers, landlords and overseas Pakistanis, making sure every deduction and tax credit you are entitled to is claimed.

What's included

  • Salaried, business, rental and freelancer returns
  • Wealth statement & wealth reconciliation
  • Claiming tax credits and refunds
  • Late filing and revised returns

Frequently asked questions

What is the last date to file an income tax return?

For individuals the normal due date is 30 September after the end of the tax year (30 June). FBR sometimes extends it, so file early to stay safe.

What happens if I file late?

Late filers may face penalties and are not included in the Active Taxpayer List for that year until a surcharge is paid. We can still file your late return.

Do freelancers need to file a return?

Yes. Freelancers earning foreign remittances should file to become filers. Registered freelancers may also get a lower tax rate on export remittances.
